Health concerns - talk to your doctor

“Come and talk to us if you have any health concerns.” That’s the advice of Dr Alan Stout, a Northern Ireland GP with over 12 years’ experience.

In his video, Dr Stout explains the importance of overcoming any potential barriers to seeking help; and being cancer aware.

Why it is important to talk

Being aware of general signs and symptoms of cancer is important. If you have any of the signs and symptoms, talk to your doctor.

You are not wasting anyone's time, and if it isn't serious, your mind will be put at ease. But if it is cancer, early diagnosis can make all the difference. The sooner cancer is detected, the better the chances of successful treatment.
